This is the management of multi-apartment buildings and residential-commercial buildings (mixed use buildings with predominant housing use) This includes: • Apartment management in time sharing on a fee or contract basis; management of production, business and other non-residential facilities on a fee or contractual basis; • Management of agricultural, forest and other land on a fee or contractual basis. • Collection of rent.
